Carl A. Wasylkowski Obituary Harbor, NJ Death: In Loving Memory Of Carl A. Wasylkowski
Carl A. Wasylkowski, 78, of Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at home, surrounded by the love of his family. Born in Chestertown, Maryland, Carl spent most of his adult life in Little Egg Harbor, where he raised his children and grandchildren and ran his construction business, CW Construction.
A proud U.S. Army veteran, Carl was also a dedicated member of First United Methodist Church in Tuckerton. He cherished running the roads, drag races, the Delaware State Fair, Rehoboth Beach, and sunny visits to Gator Joes in Florida. He had a lifelong love for Lionel trains and made every Christmas more magical than the last for his family, creating cherished memories that will endure for generations.
Carl was predeceased by his beloved dog Scoobie, his parents Julian and Clyde Wasylkowski, and his brother-in-law Richard Brittingham. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Linda Wasylkowski (nee Thomas); his sister Patricia Brittingham; sons Carl (Scott) Wasylkowski and Kurtis Wasylkowski with fiancée Jennifer Redlund; daughters Lindsey King and husband James, and Darci Wasylkowski; and grandchildren Mari-Lynn and Kurtis Jr. Wasylkowski, Alyse Wasylkowski, Carli, Dylan, and Gavin King, and Benjamin Wilson.
Carl was a loving husband, father, pop-pop, uncle, and friend. His life was a blessing, his memory a treasure, and his love a gift that will continue to guide all who knew him. He will be deeply missed.
Family and friends are invited to gather on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with a Memorial Service at 12:30 p.m., at Wood Funeral Home, 134 East Main St., Tuckerton, NJ.
